  • How will I find my chauffeur at the airport?

    Your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall, holding a name board with your name. If you’ve provided a mobile number, you will receive a text message upon landing with details of their location. If you have trouble locating your chauffeur, contact the office or use the chauffeur’s number provided in your booking confirmation.

  • Will my chauffeur be there if my flight arrives early or is delayed?

    Yes, we track all flights to ensure timely arrivals. If your flight is early, we’ll adjust the schedule accordingly. In case of delays, your chauffeur will be informed, and adjustments will be made to meet you at the revised time.

  • What should I do if my flight details change?

    Simply inform us via call or email, and we will update your booking accordingly.

  • How long does it take to travel from London airports to Central London?

    • Heathrow to Central London: 60 minutes
    • Gatwick to Central London: 80–90 minutes
    • Luton/Farnborough/Biggin Hill: 90 minutes
    • Stanstead: 100 minutes
    • Southend: 120 minutes

    Traffic conditions and time of travel may affect the journey duration.

  • How much luggage can I bring?

    Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle,

    • Mercedes S-Class, BMW i7: 1 large suitcases & 2 small carry-ons
    • Range Rover: 2 large suitcases & 2 small bags
    • Mercedes V-Class: 4-7 large suitcases & additional carry-ons

    If you have excess luggage, we can provide a separate luggage van.

    Our chauffeurs maintain a professional appearance, wearing a smart dark suit, white shirt, tie, and polished shoes.

  • Will my chauffeur open the door for me?

    Yes, as part of our commitment to professional service, your chauffeur will always open the door for you.

  • Will the chauffeur drive safely and considerately?

    Yes, our chauffeurs strictly adhere to speed limits and road safety regulations. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities.

  • Can the chauffeur use a mobile phone while driving?

    No. It is against the law and our policy for chauffeurs to use a mobile phone while driving.

  • Will the chauffeur engage in conversation with passengers?

    Our chauffeurs are trained to be polite and professional. If you’d like to chat, they’ll be happy to engage, but they will always prioritise your comfort.

Vehicles & Amenities

  • Will my vehicle be clean and well-maintained?

    Yes. All vehicles are professionally cleaned and regularly serviced to ensure a premium experience.

  • What amenities are included in the vehicle?

    Our vehicles come equipped with:

    • Complimentary bottled/canned water
    • Phone chargers for multiple devices
    • Free Wi-Fi (upon request)
    • On-board entertainment (select vehicles)
    • Hand sanitizers and luxury hand towels
  • Can I charge my phone in the car?

    Yes, all vehicles have phone chargers, and some include wireless charging pads.

  • Can I eat or drink in the vehicle?

    Bottled water is provided free of charge. Eating is generally not permitted to maintain vehicle cleanliness.

  • Can I smoke in the vehicle?

    No, smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles. However, your chauffeur can stop at an appropriate location if you wish to smoke.

  • Do you provide child seats?

    Yes, we provide baby and child seats free of charge upon request. Please note that passengers are responsible for fitting them as per legal requirements.

  • Can I bring my pet in the car?

    Pets are allowed only in carriers and by prior arrangement. Assistance dogs are always welcome.

Booking & Pricing

  • How far in advance should I book?

    While we accept last-minute bookings, when possible, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred vehicle.

  • When do I pay for my booking?

    • Payment is due at the point of booking
    • For Account Customers, 30 days from the date of invoice
    • Events Vehicles, a 50% deposit on the day of booking request, with the full balance 24 hours before the required date of service.
  • Do your prices include VAT?

    No, VAT is charged at 20% on top of the quoted rates.

  • Are parking fees and tolls included in the fare?

    No, parking and toll charges are added at cost price and kept to a minimum.

  • Do you charge extra on public holidays?

    Yes, a surcharge applies for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, and from 6 PM on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Standard rates apply on all other holidays.

  • Can I set up an account?

    Yes, we offer personal and corporate accounts with flexible invoicing options (per trip, weekly, or monthly). Account holders also receive preferential rates.
